Help Center and Rider Support
Didn’t find an answer to your question on the Rider Info Center? Most questions can be answered via the ‘Help’ button on this page. You can find this by clicking on the ‘?’ icon at the bottom of this screen. The Help Center provides direct answers to countless questions, from the Rider kit to the app. Use keywords, not sentences. For example ‘order’, ‘statistics’ or ‘earn’. If your answer is not listed, you can also send a message to the Rider Support using the Help Center.
Please note: if you want to contact us through the Help Center, you must enter your Rider ID. Existing riders can find it in the app (see image below). Non-existing riders can fill the blank with 00000.
