Changes to your fee day

We will be changing the day you receive your invoice from Tuesday to Wednesday. This means you will be paid every two weeks on Thursday as of next week.

In addition, we’re changing the week in which you receive your invoice: it used to be on the 1st and 3rd week of the month, it will be on the 2nd and 4th week of the month as of next week.

We’re making this change so we can provide you with a better support experience and respond to any questions we receive about rider fees and payments faster.

What’s changing?

You do not need to take any action.

On July 14, you will receive an invoice as usual. The following week, you will receive an invoice on Wednesday, July 22 (for the period between July 14 – July 22) and be paid the following day. From then on, you will continue to receive your invoices once every 2 weeks on Wednesdays, and your payments on Thursdays.

You can continue to use the ‘Get Paid’ feature in the app as usual and receive payment whenever you like.

If you have any automatic debits set up, we recommend that you check they won’t be affected by this fee day change.
