Introducing the new earnings feature in the app!
Whether you’re aiming for a personal goal each day, saving up for your dream holiday or just want to be on top of your fees, we know that tracking your earnings is important to you.
To help you do this, we’ve added a new feature to the app.
From today you’ll be able to see your earnings in the app, in real-time, giving you a quick and easy way to keep track of your completed orders and your day-to-day earnings, extra fees and tips – plus more.
You can access this new feature from the menu on the left-hand side of the app to see the following:
- Your daily earnings – Both your fees and the number of orders you complete each day, in real-time.
- Your current summary – A full summary of every order you’ve completed and the earnings you’ve made during the pay period. As it’s the beginning of the new invoice period, at the moment you can only see your earnings from Sunday.
- Your previous activity – You can see a weekly and monthly breakdown of your previous activity and earnings, starting from Sunday 11 March. This will keep a record of all of your invoices from now on.
- Your completed orders in more detail – Tap through to individual orders to see the breakdown of each one.
With this first version of the feature, any other transactions you receive, like referrals, kit repayment, additional fees and other incentives, will only be displayed in the app just before your invoice is processed. For now, these payments will be added to your current summary while we work to improve this experience.
To see the earnings feature, check you have the latest version of the app by going to my Settings.
This new feature will replace the My Deliveries page and your daily summary email, but you’ll still receive your invoice by email every two weeks.

The current summary is where you’ll see all of your activity and any other fees since your last invoice was created. This will show a breakdown of your order fees, any extra fees, incentives or other payments due to you.
The current summary includes all activity and fees until the invoice is generated. However, when we generate an invoice, it can take a few days for it to be completed. This means that any activity in these few days won’t be included in your invoice, but will be included in your next invoice.
When an invoice is generated, you’ll receive an email with the invoice as an attachment. All paid activity from that invoice period will be listed there.
