Book your sessions in advance and be sure to ride!
Sessions become available to book one week in advance and will be released in the app every Monday at 17.00. It’s also possible to gain priority access at 11:00 and 15:00. Below, you’ll find more information on how to get priority access.
Priority access to booking is available to riders who provide the most consistent, quality service in each city. This is determined based on the following:
- Attendance : percentage of booked sessions you've attended
- Super-peak participation : the number of sessions you've worked during the busiest periods (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday at 19:00-21:30)
- Avoiding late cancellation : less than 24 hours in advance.
To guarantee fair access to the planning for al riders, a maximum of 55 sessions per rider can be chosen every Monday.
This temporary block will be lifted again on Tuesday so that you can book more sessions. How many sessions are available depends on the estimated number of orders for that week.

Most questions can be answered via the ‘Help’ button on this page. This can be found by pressing the ‘?’ icon at the bottom of this screen. The Help Center provides instant answers to countless questions, from Rider kit to the app. Use keywords, not sentences. For example ‘statistics’ or ‘earn’. If your answer is not listed, you can also send a message to Rider Support from the Help Center. Please note that if you want to contact the Help Center, you will need to enter your Rider ID. Registered riders can find it in the app (see image below). People who are not registered as riders yet, but do have a question can enter 00000 in this option.
