Contact the Rider Support

Attention: you can only contact the Rider Support  when you’re logged in the app and doing orders.

Having troubles with an order or not finding the client’s address? You can easily contact the Rider Support via the app. They are happy to help you.

1. Open the rider app, click on the menu and select ‘Rider support’

2. Ask them your question! They’ll help you as soon as possible.
